Mandy Perry has served as Principal of Pinellas Virtual School in Florida and President of the Blended and Online Learning Discovery of Florida (FLBOLD), a statewide consortium uniting district virtual programs to collaborate, advocate, and innovate. Under her leadership:

• Grew a district virtual program from fewer than 100 students to over 7,000 annually.

• Achieved an “A” school rating.

• Lead statewide and international collaboration in virtual learning.

Her work continues to shape policy, practice, and professional learning across multiple continents.
